The room was clean and the food was great. It was nice to have a warm welcome from the hosts. the location was convenient for exploring the area.

The decor was outdated and grubby. the room was too old-fashioned, the bathroom needed attention and had black mould on the tiles.

Convenient location and easy parking, decent room size with TV and private bathroom.

Very outdated and unclean room, unpleasant odor, stained pillows and bed linen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming guesthouse in Scarborough and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was exceptional. For less than what other places in the area were charging, I was provided with a clean and comfortable room that offered lovely views of the cricket ground. The attention to detail in the amenities, such as the well-stocked tea tray and the inclusion of free view channels on the flatscreen TV, made my stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget about the breakfast! It was included in the price and it was absolutely delicious. The service from the friendly and accommodating staff was top-notch. this hotel provided a wonderful experience at an affordable price.

In terms of improvements, all was just fine.

I recently had a short stay at a charming guest house in Scarborough and it exceeded my expectations. the location was excellent, as it was situated close to the cliff top, allowing for easy access to the beach. The views from the rooms were delightful, overlooking the picturesque cricket ground. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, such as the TV and coffee/tea facilities, added a nice touch to the overall comfort. Additionally, the breakfast included was satisfying, with a choice between a full English or a lighter option. this hotel offered great value for money, with attention to detail in places like the garden and the round soap dispenser.

All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

The guest house is located on a tree-lined street, just a short stroll to the cliff top where you can zig zag down to the beach. the location offers easy access to the north Bay area, perfect for a day at the beach with the family. the rooms are basic but comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and tea tray included. the hosts are welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast served is fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, as some guests have mentioned issues with dirty bed linens and uncleaned cups in the rooms.
